Texas High School Baseball - Navarro holds off Giddings
March 8, 2025: Geronimo, TX 78115 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Navarro Panthers (Geronimo, TX) and the visiting Giddings Buffaloes (Giddings, TX), saw Navarro's baseball team gain a win over Giddings by a tally of 10-6.
The Panthers (9-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pearsall (Pearsall, TX). The Mavericks enter the non-league battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, Pearsall was overwhelmed by Cole (San Antonio, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Buffaloes face the Ganado Indians (Ganado, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 8. Giddings will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Indians go into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Brazos (Wallis, TX).
