In Saturday's non-league bout, the Trinity Trojans (Euless, TX) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Grand Prairie Gophers (Grand Prairie, TX), by a score of 10-0.

Next up, the Trojans encounter the Southlake Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 18. Trinity will attempt to advance on its 9-1 season record. The Dragons enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV).

The Gophers (1-9) will now prepare for their bout against Bowie (Arlington, TX). The Volunteers enter the 6A Region I District 8 bout with a 11-3 record.
