Texas High School Baseball - Pasadena Memorial holds off MacArthur
March 8, 2025: Pasadena, TX 77504 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Pasadena Memorial Mavericks (Pasadena, TX) and the visiting MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX), saw Pasadena Memorial's baseball team gain a win over MacArthur by a tally of 5-1.
The Mavericks (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Klein Forest (Houston, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Klein Forest held off Spring (Spring, TX), 7-3, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Generals face the Nimitz Cougars (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 battle, on Tuesday, March 11. MacArthur will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 3-6 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Eisenhower (Houston, TX).
