In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins baseball team scored a close 6-5 win over the St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots.

The Bruins (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA). The Pride go into the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Salesian College Preparatory was tipped by Justin-Siena (Napa, CA), 15-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Pilots play the Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 11. St. Joseph Notre Dame will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 3-2 record after their 12-3 non-league win over Harbor (Santa Cruz, CA).
