The Chevak Comets (Chevak, AK) basketball were winner over the visiting Tikigaq Harpooners (Point Hope, AK), 62-51 in Saturday's league bout.

The Comets now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they travel to Metlakatla for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 13. Chevak will play a Chiefs team coming off a 57-46 non-league win over Wrangell (Wrangell, AK). The Chiefs record now stands at 20-4.
