In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Branham Bruins volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Junipero Serra Padres.

The Bruins (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley Christian (San Jose, CA). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
