March 8, 2025: Vallejo, CA 94590 The Albany Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Vallejo Redhawks to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tamalpais for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 8. Albany will clash with a Red Tailed Hawks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Terra Linda (San Rafael, CA). The Red Tailed Hawks record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Vallejo drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Redhawks travel to Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA) to clash with the Spartans in a Tri-County outing on Monday, March 10.
