California High School Volleyball - Grant tips St. Monica
March 8, 2025: Van Nuys, CA 91401 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA) and the visiting St. Monica Mariners (Santa Monica, CA), observed Grant's volleyball team hold off St. Monica by a count of 2-1.
The Lancers (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Chavez (San Fernando, CA). The Eagles enter the East Valley contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Chavez was tipped by Poly (Sun Valley, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Mariners battle the Crossroads Roadrunners (Santa Monica, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 11. St. Monica will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Roadrunners enter the contest with a 5-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA).
