March 8, 2025: Irmo, SC 29063 In Saturday's non-league test, the South Aiken Thoroughbreds (Aiken, SC) softball squad got by the host Dutch Fork Silver Foxes (Irmo, SC), by a tally of 8-7.
Next, the Thoroughbreds clash with the Irmo Yellow Jackets (Columbia, SC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 11. South Aiken will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the test with a 0-1 record after their 10-3 non-league loss to American Leadership Academy (Lexington, SC).
The Silver Foxes (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC). The War Eagles go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Gray Collegiate Academy held off Union County (Union, SC), 10-1, in a non-league test.
