March 9, 2022: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Whittier Cardinals (Whittier, CA) and the host St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA), saw Whittier's volleyball squad beat St. Paul by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Whittier upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Cardinals host Norwalk (Norwalk, CA) to play the Lancers in a non-league bout on Friday, March 11. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Norwalk won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Glenn (Norwalk, CA)
The Swordsmen now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to El Monte for a non-league bout on Friday, March 11. St. Paul will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Bosco Tech (Rosemead, CA). The Lions record now stands at 0-3.
