Kansas High School Basketball - Smith Center holds off Jackson Heights
March 9, 2022: Smith Center, KS 66967 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Smith Center Redmen (Smith Center, KS) and the visiting Jackson Heights Cobras (Holton, KS), saw Smith Center's basketball squad hold off Jackson Heights by a tally of 44-37.
With the victory, Smith Center improves its record to 20-4 on the campaign. The Redmen travel to Garden Plain (Garden Plain, KS) to confront the Owls in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 11. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 18-6. Garden Plain won 39-26 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Mary's-Colgan (Pittsburg, KS)
