March 9, 2022: Springfield, GA 31329 The Effingham County Rebels walloped the visiting Grovetown Warriors lacrosse team by a final score of 10-5 in Wednesday's non-league match.
With the win, Effingham County betters its record to 4-1 on the season. The Rebels host Dunwoody (Dunwoody, GA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, March 11. The Wildcats go into the match with a record of 3-7. Dunwoody won 18-3 in their recent non-league match against North Springs (Atlanta, GA)
With the defeat, Grovetown drops to 2-2 on the season. The Warriors host Lakeside (Evans, GA) to play the Panthers in a 6A-7A Area 8 match on Monday, March 21. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 6-1.
