In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Huntington Beach Oilers lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-3 victory over the San Clemente Tritons.

The Oilers now have a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to JSerra Catholic for a test on Friday, March 11. Huntington Beach will face a Lions squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Tritons face the Newport Harbor Sailors (Newport Beach, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 11. San Clemente will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Sailors come into the test with a 1-2 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Norco (Norco, CA).
