March 9, 2023: Arcadia, CA 91066 The Sierra Vista Dons volleyball team (Baldwin Park, CA), was dropped 3-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Rio Hondo Prep Kares (Arcadia, CA)
The Kares (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Providence (Burbank, CA). The Pioneers enter the Prep challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Providence defeated Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Dons meet the The Webb Schools Gauls (Claremont, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 10. Sierra Vista will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Gauls enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Garey (Pomona, CA).
