South Carolina High School Soccer - Wren nudges Carolina Academy
March 9, 2023: Greenville, SC 29611 Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Carolina Academy Trojans (Greenville, SC), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hurricanes confront the Fountain Inn Fury (Fountain Inn, SC) in a challenge, on Monday, March 13. Wren will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Fury enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Brashier Middle College Charter (Simpsonville, SC).
The Trojans now possess a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chapman for a challenge on Monday, March 13. Carolina Academy will confront a Panthers team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Union County (Union, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
