The Mavericks now hold a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberty for a 5A Region II District 10 outing on Tuesday, March 12. Emerson will confront a Redhawks team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX). The Redhawks record now stands at 2-12.
Next, the Panthers confront the Anna Coyotes (Anna, TX) in a 4A Region II District 11 outing, on Tuesday, March 12. Panther Creek will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Coyotes go into the outing with a 7-6 record after their 17-8 non-league win over Duncanville (Duncanville, TX).
