March 9, 2024: Santa Clara, CA 95051 Leigh Longhorns (San Jose, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Longhorns battle the Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 9. Leigh will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Lancers come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 league loss to Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA).
With the loss, Wilcox drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Chargers host Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA) to battle the Vikings in a match on Wednesday, March 13. The Vikings come into the match with a record of 2-6. Palo Alto lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Pioneer (San Jose, CA)
