Winchester Thurston (Pittsburgh, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA), 9-2 in a non-league battle.

The now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Trinity for a non-league battle on Monday, March 11.

In their next game, the Bridgers clash with the Yough Cougars (Herminie, PA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 15. Ambridge will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
