In Monday's non-league bout, the Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA) baseball team trounced the visiting Van Nuys Wolves (Van Nuys, CA), by a count of 21-2.

The Cowboys now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hart for a Foothill challenge on Wednesday, March 11. Canyon will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-6.
