The Walker Valley Mustangs (Cleveland, TN) softball routed the host Lawrence County Wildcats (Lawrenceburg, TN), 10-2 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to White House for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 10. Walker Valley will encounter a Blue Devils team coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Westmoreland (Westmoreland, TN). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Lawrence County drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league test on Monday, March 16.
