The Wekiva Mustangs softball squad (Apopka, FL), was routed 16-0 in Monday's non-league contest with the host Ocoee Knights (Ocoee, FL)

With the triumph, Ocoee improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Knights travel to Umatilla (Umatilla, FL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 10. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Umatilla lost 6-2 in their recent non-league bout against Taylor (Pierson, FL)

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Lake Buena Vista Vipers (Orlando, FL) in a 5A District 6 bout, on Wednesday, March 11. Wekiva will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Vipers enter the game with a 6-4 record after their 17-0 non-league loss to Horizon (Winter Garden, FL).
