April 1, 2022: Springdale, AR 72764 The Elkins Elks routed the host Springdale Bulldogs softball squad by a final score of 11-4 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Elks (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Valley Springs (Valley Springs, AR). The Tigers go into the 3A-1 East battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Valley Springs was routed by Salem (Salem, AR), 11-7, in a non-league battle.
The Bulldogs now possess a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Fayetteville for a 6A West battle on Tuesday, April 5. Springdale will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Bentonville (Bentonville, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-6.
