Illinois High School Softball - Lincoln-Way West bounces Minooka
April 1, 2022: Minooka, IL 60447 Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lockport for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 1. Lincoln-Way West will battle a Porters squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Huntley (Huntley, IL). The Porters record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Minooka falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Lincoln-Way Central (New Lenox, IL) to battle the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 1. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Lincoln-Way Central won 6-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Barrington (Barrington, IL)
