April 1, 2023: Kingsport, TN 37664 The Dobyns-Bennett Indians baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Karns Beavers to 3 in the Indians non-league victory on Saturday.
The Indians (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC). The Iron Horses go into the non-league match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Philip Simmons tipped North Charleston (North Charleston, SC), 7-0, in a league match.
The Beavers (3-8) will now prepare for their match against Sevier County (Sevierville, TN). The Smoky Bears go into the non-league match with a 10-3 record. In their last match, Sevier County was overwhelmed by Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA), 15-5, in a non-league match.
