Illinois High School Baseball - Pike County loses to Edwardsville
April 1, 2023: Edwardsville, IL 62025 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Edwardsville Tigers baseball team scored a nice 15-4 victory over the Pike County Pirates.
The Tigers (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Father McGivney Catholic (Glen Carbon, IL). The Griffins go into the non-league game with a 9-0 record. In their last game, Father McGivney Catholic overcame Willard (Willard, MO), 15-7, in a non-league game.
The Pirates (10-11) will now prepare for their game against Christian Brothers (St. Louis, MO). The Cadets go into the non-league game with a 7-3 record. In their last game, Christian Brothers overcame Christian Brothers (Memphis, TN), 9-5, in a non-league game.
