California High School Volleyball - Serra tips Freedom
April 1, 2023: Oakley, CA 94561 The Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA) volleyball nudged the host Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Serra upgrades its record to 13-16 on the year. The Padres travel to Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA) to face the Thundering Herd in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 1. The Thundering Herd go into the outing with a record of 3-8. Elk Grove lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Manteca (Manteca, CA)
The Falcons now own a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Pittsburg for a Bay Valley outing on Tuesday, April 4. Freedom will face a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 9-9.
