Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - North Reading can't get by Woburn Memorial
April 1, 2023: Woburn, MA 01801 Woburn Memorial Tanners (Woburn, MA) followers exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting North Reading Hornets (North Reading, MA), 9-8 in a non-league battle.
The Tanners now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Melrose for a Middlesex battle on Tuesday, April 4. Woburn Memorial will clash with a Red Raiders squad coming off a 11-10 non-league loss to Beverly (Beverly, MA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Newburyport Clippers (Newburyport, MA) in a Cape Ann battle, on Tuesday, April 18. North Reading will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
