California High School Volleyball - Del Mar tips Yerba Buena
April 1, 2025: San Jose, CA 95122 The Del Mar Dons (San Jose, CA) volleyball held off the host Yerba Buena Aztec Warriors (San Jose, CA), 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Dons now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Independence for a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton bout on Thursday, April 3. Del Mar will clash with a 76ers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Leigh (San Jose, CA). The 76ers record now stands at 4-12.
With the loss, Yerba Buena drops to 6-8 on the campaign. The Aztec warriors travel to Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit (San Jose, CA) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 2. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 4-3. Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit won 3-0 in their recent league bout against KIPP Navigate College Prep (San Jose, CA)
