In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Ravenscroft Ravens lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-12 triumph over the Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes.

The Ravens (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Durham Academy (Durham, NC). The Cavaliers go into the Freelance challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Durham Academy was edged by St. Mary's (Raleigh, NC), 13-9, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hurricanes clash with the New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 3. Cape Fear Academy will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 18-11 league win over Laney (Wilmington, NC).
