Georgia High School Soccer - Greene County knocks off Salem
April 1, 2025: Greensboro, GA 30642 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Greene County Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Salem Seminoles.
The Tigers (4-9) will now prepare for their outing against Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA). The Jaguars go into the non-league outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Cedar Shoals was overwhelmed by Athens Academy (Athens, GA), 8-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Seminoles confront the Columbia Eagles (Decatur, GA) in a 2A Region 6 outing, on Thursday, April 3. Salem will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 3-5 record after their 4-3 league loss to South Atlanta (Atlanta, GA).
