The Pequea Valley Braves baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Solanco Golden Mules to 2 in the Braves non-league win on Tuesday.

The Braves now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Annville-Cleona for a test on Monday, April 7. Pequea Valley will play a Dutchmen team coming off a 16-7 non-league loss to West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA). The Dutchmen record now stands at 3-2.

With the defeat, Solanco drops to 0-5 on the year. The Golden mules host Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA) to play the Pioneers in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 2. The Pioneers go into the test with a record of 4-2. Lampeter-Strasburg won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Cedar Crest (Lebanon, PA)
