Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) backers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Milford Eagles (Milford, OH), 16-11 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Cathedral improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Fighting Irish travel to Center Grove (Greenwood, IN) to play the Trojans in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 9. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 3-2.

The Eagles now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host SPIRE Academy for a non-league game on Friday, April 4. Milford will play a SPIRE team coming off a 22-11 league loss to Western Reserve Academy (Hudson, OH). The SPIRE record now stands at 0-1.
