Ohio High School Lacrosse - St. Edward drops to Western Reserve Academy
April 1, 2025: Hudson, OH 44236 Western Reserve Academy Pioneers (Hudson, OH) backers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting St. Edward Eagles (Lakewood, OH), 20-4 in a league game.
With the victory, Western Reserve Academy improves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Pioneers host Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Friday, April 4. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 2-1. Shady Side Academy won 16-10 in their recent non-league game against Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA)
The Eagles now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Green for a Region 2 battle on Thursday, April 3. St. Edward will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Hawken (Gates Mills, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
