Tennessee High School Soccer - Union County knocks off Maryville Christian
April 1, 2025: Maryville, TN 37801 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Union County Patriots (Maynardville, TN) and the host Maryville Christian Eagles (Maryville, TN), saw Union County's soccer squad knock off Maryville Christian by a count of 5-2.
The Patriots (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Cherokee (Rogersville, TN). The Chiefs enter the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Cherokee tipped Cumberland Gap (Cumberland Gap, TN), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Eagles battle the Eagleton College & Career Academy Royals (Maryville, TN) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 3. Maryville Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Royals enter the battle with a 5-1 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Oliver Springs (Oliver Springs, TN).
