Kentucky High School Softball - Lewis County bounces Assumption
April 1, 2025: Louisville, KY 40205 The Lewis County Panthers softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Assumption Rockets to 0 in the Panthers non-league win on Tuesday.
The Panthers now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Owensboro for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. Lewis County will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 19-9 non-league win over Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY). The Red Devils record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, Assumption moves to 11-4 on the season. The Rockets host Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 3-3. Muhlenberg County won 14-7 in their recent non-league battle against Jackson County (McKee, KY)
