Ohio High School Softball - Shelby Valley Ross
April 1, 2025: Hamilton, OH 45013 Ross Rams (Hamilton, OH) boosters were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their softball squad hold off the visiting Shelby Valley Wildcats (Pikeville, KY), 12-8 in a non-league test.
Next, the Rams clash with the Harlan Green Dragons (Harlan, KY) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 2. Ross will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Green Dragons go into the test with a 6-2 record after their 12-1 non-league win over Elliott County (Sandy Hook, KY).
The Wildcats (1-8) will now prepare for their test against Union (Big Stone Gap, VA). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Union held off John Battle (Bristol, VA), 11-7, in a league test.
