In Saturday's non-league test, the host Lauralton Hall Crusaders lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-11 victory over the Stamford Black Knights.

The Crusaders now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Branford for a Southern Connecticut test on Tuesday, April 13.

In their next game, the Black Knights face the Staples Wreckers (Westport, CT) in a Fairfield County-West test, on Thursday, April 15. Stamford will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
