Virginia High School Baseball - Great Bridge gets by Kellam
April 10, 2023: Chesapeake, VA 23322 Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Great Bridge upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA) to battle the Warriors in a Southeastern test on Tuesday, April 11. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-3. Nansemond River lost 8-7 in their recent league test against Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA)
With the defeat, Kellam falls to 3-7 on the season. The Knights travel to Hickory (Chesapeake, VA) to battle the Hawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 11. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 3-5. Hickory lost 7-6 in their recent non-league test against First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA)
