The Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL) baseball nipped the visiting Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), 11-10 in Monday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Griffins encounter the Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) in a Southwest Suburban - Blue contest, on Thursday, April 13. Lincoln-Way East will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Thunderbolts come into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 14-13 league loss to Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL).
