April 10, 2024: LaGrange Park, IL 60526 The Andrean Fighting 59ers baseball team (Merrillville, IN), was overwhelmed 14-8 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the host Nazareth Academy Roadrunners (LaGrange Park, IL)
The Roadrunners now hold a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lane Tech for a non-league outing on Thursday, April 11. Nazareth Academy will confront a Champions team coming off a 15-5 league win over Taft (Chicago, IL). The Champions record now stands at 11-1.
Next, the Fighting 59ers confront the Illiana Christian Vikings (Dyer, IN) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 13. Andrean will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record. The Vikings go into the outing with a 2-0 record after their 24-1 league win over Calumet New Tech (Gary, IN).
