Virginia High School Baseball - Buckingham gets by Appomattox County
April 10, 2024: Buckingham, VA 23921 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA) and the visiting Appomattox County Raiders (Appomattox, VA), saw Buckingham's baseball squad knock off Appomattox County by a count of 3-0.
Coming up next, the Knights play the Prince Edward County Eagles (Farmville, VA) in a James River battle, on Tuesday, April 16. Buckingham will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 14-6 league loss to Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA).
