New Jersey High School Baseball - Middlesex gets by Marlboro
April 10, 2024: Middlesex, NJ 08846 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Middlesex Bluejays (Middlesex, NJ) and the visiting Marlboro Mustangs (Marlboro, NJ), saw Middlesex's baseball squad knock off Marlboro by a count of 5-3.
Coming up next, the Bluejays play the St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans (Edison, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 12. Middlesex will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Perth Amboy (Perth Amboy, NJ).
The Mustangs now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Freehold Township for a Shore - A North battle on Thursday, April 11. Marlboro will play a Patriots squad coming off a 6-3 league loss to Howell (Farmingdale, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.
