Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Academy of the New Church can't get by Pennington
April 10, 2024: Bryn Athyn, PA 19009 In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Pennington Red Raiders lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Academy of the New Church Lions.
The Red Raiders now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mercersburg Academy for a Mid-Atlantic Prep test on Saturday, April 13. Pennington will face a Blue Storm squad coming off a 13-9 non-league win over St. James (Hagerstown, MD). The Blue Storm record now stands at 4-3.
In their next game, the Lions face the Germantown Friends (Philadelphia, PA) in a Friends test, on Friday, April 19. Academy of the New Church will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
