April 10, 2024: Russellville, AR 72802 The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Russellville Cyclones (Russellville, AR) and the visiting Alma Airedales (Alma, AR), saw Russellville's soccer squad triumph over Alma by a count of 7-0.
The Cyclones now hold a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to Greenwood for a 5A West test on Friday, April 12. Russellville will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-3 league Greenbrier (Greenbrier, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, Alma drops to 2-11 on the season. The Airedales host Danville (Danville, AR) to meet the Little Johns in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 10. The Little Johns come into the test with a record of 6-1. Danville won 2-0 in their recent league test against Harmony Grove (Benton, AR)
