Missouri High School Baseball - Louisiana loses to Canton
April 10, 2025: Canton, MO 63435 Canton Tigers (Canton, MO) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Louisiana Bulldogs (Louisiana, MO), 15-0 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Canton advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Schuyler County (Lancaster, MO) to battle the Rams in a Class 2 District 6 match on Friday, April 11. The Rams come into the match with a record of 5-3. Schuyler County won 1-0 in their recent non-league match against North Shelby (Shelbyville, MO)
The Bulldogs now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elsberry for a non-league match on Monday, April 14. Louisiana will battle a Indians squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Community (Laddonia, MO). The Indians record now stands at 2-6.
