The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Mogollon Mustangs (Heber, AZ) and the host Valley Union Blue Devils (Elfrida, AZ), saw Mogollon's baseball team gain a win over Valley Union by a tally of 10-4.

The Mustangs (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Phoenix Christian (Phoenix, AZ). The Cougars enter the non-league battle with a 16-2 record. In their last battle, Phoenix Christian held off Bagdad (Bagdad, AZ), 9-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Blue Devils face the Duncan Wildkats (Duncan, AZ) in a 1A South battle, on Tuesday, April 15. Valley Union will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Wildkats enter the battle with a 7-4 record after their 17-1 league loss to St. David (St. David, AZ).
