April 10, 2025: Medford, OR 97501 Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks (Medford, OR) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Phoenix Pirates (Phoenix, OR), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Rogue Valley Adventist improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Red Tail Hawks travel to Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, OR) to meet the Billies in a challenge on Thursday, April 24. The Billies come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Pleasant Hill lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove, OR)
Next, the Pirates meet the Ashland Grizzlies (Ashland, OR) in a challenge, on Monday, April 14. Phoenix will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Grizzlies go into the test with a 3-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Thurston (Springfield, OR).
