April 10, 2025: Elmhurst, IL 60126 The York Dukes (Elmhurst, IL) lacrosse routed the visiting Downers Grove North Trojans (Downers Grove, IL), 8-1 in Thursday's league outing.
The Dukes now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hersey for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 16.
With the loss, Downers Grove North falls to 2-2 on the year. The Trojans host Metea Valley (Aurora, IL) to face the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Friday, April 11. The Mustangs go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Metea Valley won 5-4 in their recent non-league outing against Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL)
