In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Freehold Township Patriots lacrosse squad scored a good 13-2 triumph over the Middletown North Lions.

The Patriots (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ). The Lancers go into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, St. John-Vianney knocked off Donovan Catholic (Toms River, NJ), 10-8, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions clash with the Middletown South Eagles (Middletown, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. Middletown North will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.
