Illinois High School Lacrosse - Plainfield East drops to Metea Valley
April 10, 2025: Aurora, IL 60502 Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL), 19-4 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Metea Valley improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL) to play the Trojans in a non-league game on Friday, April 11. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 3-1. Downers Grove North lost 6-5 in their recent league game against York (Elmhurst, IL)
The Bengals now have a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Streamwood for a non-league game on Saturday, April 12. Plainfield East will play a Sabres team coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Rosary (Aurora, IL). The Sabres record now stands at 0-4.
